Architectural Education Experiment Pointing to the Real Reality

The disconnect between architectural education and reality has been a long-standing issue; reality does not equate to the market. When architectural theory lacks a targeted approach to reality, it also loses fundamental criticality, resulting in weak originality in architectural design practice and a widespread tendency to blindly chase trends. Furthermore, if architectural education does not thoroughly investigate and address real construction challenges, decorative architecture tends to prevail. Ultimately, architectural education needs an experiment that incorporates thoughtful judgment and practical considerations in construction.
建築學教育的脫離現實是長期如此的,現實不等於市場。當建築理論缺乏對現實的針對性時,它也就缺乏根本的批判性,建築設計實踐的原創性薄弱,無判斷的追逐流行就成為普遍現象。當建築教育缺乏對真實建造問題的深入追究,裝飾性的建築就會大行其道。建築教育從根本上需要一種有思想和建造實踐判斷的實驗。
